This position reports to the System Vice President of Talent Effectiveness and System Office Operations. In this role, they will assist the SVP in directing our leadership development, workforce planning and succession planning efforts as well as ensure HR support for all System Office functions (EPN, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, etc.).
The Director will participate in the design, evaluation and implementation of human resource programs; e.g. EEO/AA, performance management, human capital planning, organizational structure, and job design in order to meet specific business needs. You will develop and implement program communications designed to present information regarding Human Resource programs and actively participate in corporate strategic planning initiatives. Key duties will include but are not limited to the development of education programs and training for leadership in HR specific topics and facilitate leadership meetings/training as needed.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field and have held a Human Resource leadership position for 4-5 years in an organization with 1,000 + employees.
Recent experience as a Human Resource professional in a Healthcare/Hospital environment is required.
